Some more pictures I found.
I pretty much grew up on the Wolfman era. And what I read of the John's stuff I thought was decent. I haven't read the late 90's line up with all new characters (Teen Atom, Argent, Risk etc), I'm a little curious...
I liked Johns run. but I think Lobdell's run was pure agony. The first two issues of the relanuch have been decent but nothing special. I hope its explained in story whey Beast Boy is now green again instead of red. I like him being green, but I gotta admit that I did like the red version since he seemed connected to the Red. I really hope this new run does well. Post reboot, I haven't really connected with any of the characters which I find upsetting because I really like the Teen Titans mythos. I'm not a fan of the way Bart Allen (or Solstice) has been portrayed and I hope someone comes along and restores him back to his former glory. Superboy too.
We are the Dora Milaje. We are the daughters of the 18 tribes of Wakanda. We are the teeth of the Panther God. Out of 10,000 years of sweat and bloodshed and battle are we born. We are the women of this ancient land. Deadliest of the species. And our time has come!
I think that Bunker's a pretty cool new character. I still want to see a PROPER Rose Wilson appear at some point.
Well, the pre-New52 Teen Titans book was pretty awful, after Geoff Johns' initial run (which was decent). The New52 book with Lobdell has been pretty awful too. I don't completely dislike Lobdell. He has some enthusiasm for the stories he tells that I find appealing, and he can plot some more or less decent events. But the actual writing is painful, at least in the Teen Titans. Oh, and I like Bunker too. Sometimes, characters intended to give comics more diversity seem forced, but I found Bunker's personality interesting. Still, without good stories and good writing nothing works.
Is it really that impossible to tell a good story with teen characters, DC? Between editorial interference and weak writers it seems so...
I have not read the new renumbered version with Will Pfeifer yet. Let's hope things get better.

They have, at least so far. The new run isn't great (at least not yet, but to be fair it's only been two issues), but it's certainly decent (which is more than I could say for Lobdell's run, or the immediate pre-New 52 run for that matter). And it has potential.
I just went to a local con and bought the full johns run and I cant wait to break into that.
