That's always an inherent problem when mixing two completely different universes and the Marvel Universe is way higher powered than the Aliens one.

This is for example the Scarlet Witch casually healing herself from a Brood infection.



And the Brood = Xenomorph parallels don't really need to be spelled out.

The cover conveniently only shows characters who would actually be susceptible to Aliens and it also was already said that this is an alternate future timeline aka "The verse is in the state I want it to be and characters that would ruin my story are not around". Pretty much exactly like Avengers: Twilight. I would be very surprised if this isn't the case here.
