Default Kafka Hibino (Kaiju No.8) vs Izuku Midoriya (MHA)

This is the current forms of both characters (Deku retains all of his visages/quirks). The battle will take place in an abandoned city.
    Ichigo: What even *are* you?!

Kenpachi: Some say my mother was a train. Some say that I'm a rejected Godzilla monster too strong for the series canon. But everyone says: I'M THE KEEEEENPACHIIIIII!!!!

Gonna have to check and compare their feats but I think Kafka has an edge due to his healing factor.

I'm only in the early stuff of Kaiju 8, but can Kafka keep up with Deku's Gearshifts?

So looking through their respective feats I'd say that Kafka wins this. Mainly because he has a pretty darn potent regen (even if it is a bit draining) and his feats tend to be more casual than Deku's.

Like he rather easily deflects multiple blasts that are at least building busters. One time he deflects a lot of blasts by screaming at them. And he he has a few more elaborate high speed duels than Deku.

With all his quirks Deku can hang with Kafka, and stuff like Gearshift and Danger Sense could help give him the edge. But his powers generally seem to tax him more. He isn't breaking his bones from using 100% anymore. But it still takes considerable effort, and the more quirks he uses the larger the effort. Gearshift even has a specific blow back to it.

If Deku could get in some major hits that tax out Kafka's regen early on then I think he could take it. But that might be difficult to pull off, and the longer the fight goes the more I'd lean towards Kafka.
