Jubilee has been on the team with Gambit since the inception of the show. Even if they aren't super close, they'd still be friends and her absence would be downright disrespectful. Roberto has been living at the mansion for presumably several months now. Even if he and Remy weren't friends, they're part of the same X-Family now.

The others I mentioned aren't members of the team. Only Bobby and Warren were and they left the team pretty early on and probably didn't even know Remy.

Thank goodness. I didn't think he'd be reused as a Horseman of Apocalypse if that's the trick that's going to be used to revive certain characters.

Seems like the most likely candidates for Horsemen would be Gambit, Banshee, Callisto, and maybe Dazzler or Marrow.

Random thoughts about the episode...

Rogue kicking butt was awesome.

I liked the goofy little detail of Bastion playing "Purple people eater." It added a bit of personality to a villain that hasn't had much.

Evil Creepy Sinister is much more awesome that goofy Sinister.

Morph can copy Quicksilver's speed? I didn't bat an eye when he had wings because that's a physical mutation, but this seems like something else entirely. Exactly how powerful is Morph?

Direction mention of the Hulk! Appearance by Thunderbolt Ross! Awesome!

Cable seems to reject Jean. Interesting twist.

Captain America's appearance felt odd. I kept waiting to see him turn into somebody else and reveal that it wasn't really Cap. How did he even get back into modern times?
