Have there been interactions between Aunt May and other heroes/villains in the MU? Say, for example May and Logan or Matt Murdoch or even say....Frank Castle?

Good question! May did interact somewhat with the Avengers cast when she and Mary Jane were living in the Avenger's tower. (Jarvis mainly, but she did come across Logan a few times). Never think she met Daredevil or I think the Punisher. She once babysat Franklin Richards in a ... interesting Marvel Team-Up story during Assistant Editors Month and I guess that would have to mean coming across one member of the FF. One person who did meet the Punisher was Aunt Anna. It happened in an episode of the 90s Spider-Man animated series. I know that is not quite what you asked, but I find it too interesting not to mention.

Aunt May witnesses the epic tussle between the Silver Surfer & Terrax,
while also getting a tongue-lashing from Dr. Doom during his demonstration of the Ovoid mind-transfer (XD)
