    Here's a few things I found:

Namor the First Mutant two collections are $2 and $4

    https://www.comixology.com/search/it...pe=COLLECTIONS

Both John Byrne collections are 6 bucks each.

    https://www.comixology.com/search/it...pe=COLLECTIONS

All 8 Marvel Masterworks Sub-Mariner are on sale for 5.99 a piece! That's the entire Silver / Bronze run of Subby. They are like 50 to 75 each in print. And the 3 Golden Age Marvel Masterworks are only 2 bucks each.

    https://www.comixology.com/search/it...pe=COLLECTIONS

The 3 Golden Age Human Torch Masterworks are also 2 bucks each. The infamous Namor / Torch battle with the flooding of the entire world is in the second on of these. There is a Subby story in each individual issue, so there's a few in a each book.

    https://www.comixology.com/search/it...pe=COLLECTIONS

All 7 of the Golden Age Marvel Comics Masterworks are also 2 bucks each.

Namor the Sub-Mariner, Marvel's oldest character, will have been published for 85 years in 2024. So where's my GOOD Namor anniversary ongoing, Marvel?

Thanks for this list. I grabbed those Golden Age Human Torch Masterworks as I have everything else.

For those on Twitter, Carlos Magno posted a video of him drawing Namor's hairdo on his account. I'm not a fan of the new look but I am of his art and the respect him and Zdarsky are showing the character. Pretty sweet that he is publishing this. Would be good if we show our appreciation. I saw that, it's really cool, I love seeing the art process. I like his art and the look is honestly just ok with me, but I always prefer the green speedo above all else.

Artists always appreciate ... appreciation. I've got to get a Twitter account.

I love seeing the art process, too. And I agree. I hope they go back to the speedo, but the armored looked is probably here till stay until Jason Aaron is finished with Super Angry Namor.

Just sharing my shopping. O_O I have most of this in print, but it is nice to have the digital versions also.

I saw that in Instagram, pretty sweet and recent as its last iteration has the new suit. Good artistic call on leaving his classic hairstyle alone.

I don't know if he's actually made these or not. I think these are digital sculpts. I'd definitely buy them if they were physical.... if I could afford it. I still have gotten the XM Studio one, cause it's like a 1000 bucks!

But yes, it is very, very nice work.

I agree. I like how he made the armor a bit toothy. And how the second one shows a lot more movement, as well as more definition. I'm not as fond of the faces, and the trident is a bit busy, but minor details vs the amazing sculpt and base.

Okay, I saw Aquaman and really enjoyed it. However, after seeing it, I don't think we'll ever get a Namor movie. Aquaman just took too many Namor elements, and took advantage of what I've been saying forever, the amazing underwater setting. It was just glorious! In fact, the movie would have been much better if they just cut out the surface world stuff, including Black Manta. The worldbuilding was the star of the show, IMO.

I haven't seen it yet but I 've seen gifs and trailers and honestly that is what I was thinking too, we may never get a Namor solo movie, but that doesn't mean Marvel won't use him as a villain for Black Panther, which if that is what it takes for Namor to be in a movie I would rather he not be in any movies at all.

Still I'm all for world building and will be watching Aquaman later.

I feel it's really Marvel's fault for never in almost 80 years ever bringing Namor to the screen, the closest live action wasn't even recognizable when the show 'Man from Atlantis' was made, I had read that it was supposed to be based on an amnesic water breather like Namor but everything about Namor's story had been changed about it, and Namor has only had a few cartoons and nothing ever solid. Dc by comparison having Aquaman show up in the cartoons through the years consistently even as a guest character and keeping him with the justice league for team ups has always had their water king more well known than Namor.

I only really care about the comics anyways and I hope he gets a series soon because its way past time he had one again. If I was given a choice I think Namor in Animation would be so much better, it would be able to really show big action scenes and do whatever they want all underwater, and if it was well done, they could really explore the character/his time with the invaders/his whole life story if it was geared more to adults instead of kids.

I have to agree. I've no interest in seeing Namor as a Black Panther villain.

On the plus side, I can definitely see the Aquaman movie inspiring creators and editors to actually give Namor a good ongoing. Visually, the underwater stuff is AMAZING. I'm thinking of going back and seeing it again, just for that.

Animation may be the only way to go, if you do an Atlantis heavy show. The stuff in the movie is probably far too expensive for live action --- though I would LOVE to see it on a new Disney streaming show.

Tomorrow I'll probably put together a few more things I thought about the movie and Namor. But I definitely recommend Namor fans to go see it and then complain to the powers that be at Marvel. LOL!

I'd rather see Namor in an FF movie than a Black Panther movie. Don't think we'll see him in the next 5 years at least, though.

I wonder if Kimmel is turning Namor into a joke just to raise his profile.
