Hawkeye is and always has been not only my favorite Avenger but my favorite fictional character(well, tied with Han Solo). I got into comics because of West Coast Avengers and he (and War Machine) were big reasons for that.

Nice to see you here! This thread doesn't get as much love as it should... Hawkeye's always been my favorite Avenger, too!

Jeff Lemire's All-New Hawkeye has been kinda lackluster, I'm really only interested in the flashbacks retelling Clint and Barney's early days because the present-day story is just incredibly generic. Hope he steps up his game for the relaunch, it looks like we're getting Old Man Hawkeye somehow so that should spice things up.

Just wanted to express my appreciation of the Hawkguy. Indeed, just wanted to share with you some of my favorite Hawkeye moments, particularly those from the original 1984 Secret Wars series. Now, I know that some fans feel that a lot of the characters in Secret Wars were made to look pretty strong, and maybe overtly so.

Still, I find it pretty cool how Clint made some homemade wooden arrows:


And then did this to Piledriver from the Wrecking Crew:


Course my favorite scene from that series is when Clint used some explosive trick arrows to crack some huge ass machinery before it crushed the heroes. (Sorry couldn't find the scan ) Still, badass Clint!

I have been calling for this for a while. This would be perfect! Too bad they went more Ultimate Hawkeye for the movies. It would be hard for Marvel to change the MCU's Hawkeye to be more like Fractions Hawkeye at this point.

Being a gigantic fan of the Matt Fraction and David Aja run, my production company made a Hawkeye short film based on their comic run. We just made it public a few hours ago and we’re very happy how it turned out. I really would appreciate it if you could check it out and see Clint and Kate in live action. AND LUCKY!

I would rather they have introduced the new Trickshot as Barney's "long lost" son than Barney himself. I just see it as a waste of a resurrection; no pay off.
