Lots of fleeting minor appearances, yes. Whatever happened to that series Marvel hinted at, I wonder?

The year 2020 is just around the corner......

Well, the timeline has somewhat changed since then...

We were shown in the pages of Nova (pre-Sam Nova) that Evelyn Necker may have been on the payroll of Project PEGASUS but she had secretly been working for A.I.M. We'd seen schematics for a Death's Head 3.0 unit and she'd taken advantage of Richard Rider's fragile state at the time to make a copy of the Novacorps Worldmind and link it up with a project she called 'Minion'.

But that was years ago, now. And with A.I.M. having changed ownership significantly since them it would have to be some kind of offshoot group.

Not implausible, mind.

I'm curious to know! To me, marvel comics is to publish a comic which reveals whatever became of Evelyn Necker's project 'Minion'.

Wolverine and Death's Head throw down until the rest of the X-Men recover and end the fight;

During the distraction of the battle, Tuck and the Sapphire Lotus are captured and taken to Chicago by Wrathchilde;

Our heroes give chase but discover that Tuck is now under the influence of Wrathchilde and very intent on killing them.

On the subject of Death's Head being in the next GOTG. The original I keep thinking being played by Vin Diesel. I know he already plays Groot, but with the original Freelance Peace Keeping Agent having a face that looks like the grill to Mack Semi Tractor Trailer Truck. Him channeling a bit of his Iron Giant voice into the role he'd be perfect.

Why not? There have been actors who portrayed more than one MCU character in the past.

Hell's a City...
The Warheads are sent to the Un-Earth to confront Death's Head II, who is inadvertently causing an anomaly;

Upon arriving, they ally themselves with him against attacking demons;

After watching a little girl die, Death's Head II and the Warheads return to Earth

to confront the Mys-Tech board on why they'd introduced demons to the Un-Earth.

One of my favourite characters in Transformers, yes? Glad to see he went on to other things, hm?

Will admit, as a kid, I made cardboard versions of his axe, mace, rifle and gun attachments out of toilet roll tubes and selotape. That dedicated a fan, yes?

Makes me wonder what other marvel character there is nowadays that has such an effect on people that hey become that dedicated a fan.
