    I'm told that for a funky pulpy name nothing can hold a candle to Lobster Johnson.
    Not even the stiffest competition.

    I cannot recall whether it was the Internet or an amused Englishman making me aware of what a 'Johnson' could be to mean.
    Or either a 'John Thomas'.

    A Lobster Johnson no less. With headstrap. And goggles. Aero-jacket complete with puffy pantaloons.

    Even as merely a nickname such would have to entail just quite the story.

    And among such titles as "The Iron Prometheus", "The Burning Hand" or "The Conqueror Worm", there definitely seems a ring to it, captivatingly and brimming with mystery...
