Bonus Question:

The Punisher.
I would also have to say the Punisher. He has a higher body count than most villains and he's about as pure human as your going to get.
Punisher, Elektra, Black Widow (not counting anti-aging as a superhuman benefit to her fighting ability), Lady Bullseye, Bullseye...there are a few.
Punisher.... by the way he can't die(even less than old wolverine) shown in Thunderbolt
Another vote for the Punisher.
Gotta go with Big Pun.
The Punisher easily.
Well, if it's up to us to define what "purely human" is, that potentially opens the book to everyone from Star Brand to the Molecule Man to Sentry to Dr. Strange to....really, we could go on for days.
As for the bonus question, I'll say Punisher, if the point is to identify a dangerous presently non-enhanced human.
