This interview definitely help increase my excitement for Earth 2. With the recent release of solicits appearing void of Val Zod, my excitement for series was definitely waning, I'm glad that they still are going to play an important role in the series. My only concern is the authors comment regarding val zod pacifism, as it clearly states in the series and by taylor himself that Val is a complete pacifist, it's one of the things that makes him interesting. It seems like they are trying to partially rip away that aspect.
