as someone said only if Kurt came back to marvel and gets the nod by them then only we can get such confirmation and it isn't too difficult avoiding mention of DC as Kurt himself did a story in Trinity about krona and the egg where he was able to avoid all mention of marvel and it was a reality altering story so he could revisit the premise here but it seems silly that DC magicians and representatives of oder and chaos were unaware of this magic and yet a outsider was able to access it. The crossover had another wrinkle in that there is no speed forcwe in MU when it was stated in rebirth that it exists in all realities in all time so maybe the two universes should stay seperate as they were basically shown to be incompatible and destroying each other when forced together.

Marvel and DC have different philosophies about these sort of things. DC tends to acknowledge cross overs, hence stuff like Access from the DC vs Marvel showing up in Green Lantern and the Cosmic Egg from JLA/Avengers showing up in JLA. Marvel however pretty much ignores them entirely.

And at least as far as continuity goes, ignoring is PROBABLY the way to go. Because those cross overs can create all sorts of continuity issues over time. If DC vs Marvel is canon, where the heck was Access in JLA/Avengers?

yes DC and marvel do show these tendencies regarding acknowledging crossovers and it may be the only choice actually for both as otherwise it creates all kinds of conundrums which would need to be addressed separately not to mention certain war between fans of both sides if it is shown that one character has been manipulated due to the other universes force and moreover it may lead to people handwaving everything bad coming from the other universe and viceversa depending on who you support.

To me, Wanda seems to be able to change reality by altering the conditions of the MU to reflect a different authority in power as in HoM. If Wanda is a reality warper, then what we first saw as changing the outcome of a gun firing, to not firing, was her altering reality in that instance. If she expanded that reality warping around a greater area, she could convince enemies they don't need to attack, and they walk away. Expanding that even further, Wanda could have altered Reality so the Apoc Twins were made to forget their plans about the earth and mutants, instead of a time machine being used.

If The scarlet Witch was a reality warper, then she should start to use that aspect of her ability more and more. Like AIM can encircle a group of Avengers with a time bubble, and extract one team and leave another.
Chaos Magic does exist. Both Wiccan and Wanda use it in comics and in games.

dr strange himself had acknowledged it's existence and even used it to battle chton or some other supernatural menace somehow through help of scarlet witch or something like that I don't remember it clearly but bendis gives a damn for continuity most of the time so it got retconed to not existing. well according to Bendis strange said she was manipulating reality but he couldn't identify her source of power whether innate or acquired through sorcerous means as CC retconed later on. seems even the sorceror supreme couldn't keep up with all the magical retcons.
