Could someone help me identify this comic please and is there a link anywhere thanks.

I Googled it and all I could find out was that it's a comic from the Philippines. When i tried to find out more I only found restricted sites and sites in a foreign language. Hope that helps at least a bit

I believe it's a Philippino reprint of AC's Crimebuster revamp from the 1980's. The original Crimebuster was a character created by Charles Biro who appeared in Boy Comics. AC revamped a lot of those Golden Age characters when they were publishing.
