This might explain why Tom B. was answering so many Adam-X related questions! Looks like they chopped his hair (which I am cool with), and gave him a slight redesign! Again, cool with it.

LOL! Not your fault! I totally thought it was Adam-X, because of the blades on the shoulder thing. But yes, he got a haircut in his most recent solo series "Longshot saves the Universe" or something like that. I _love_ the character Longshot but only managed to get the first two issues of said series, because I didn't care for the story or the art. I was hopeful that it was Adam-X on the cover (and we weren't alone). A couple places were reporting that they thought it was Adam-X. I was just too eager and too hyper.

Now I am just going to sit in the corner and drink my sorrows away!

It does worry me a bit that Bendis is writing it. I can see some people dying. And Adam-X could be one, so that the whole "Summers Brother" thing is FINALLY laid to rest.

More I think about it, the more I think Bendis is trolling and that this is fake. Because everyone is in their 90's look - Calisto, Shatterstar, Adam-X, ... so something smells off.

I wouldn't mind seeing that either. He could be redesigned not to have blades all over his costume, but rather small blades that he throws to cut his intended victims. Could obviously do away with the backwards hat too. I like that he has long hair (makes him stand out and not be your normal every day "super hero"). He has a unique power that makes him stand out. I just want to make sure they get his facial features correct, because of his (half) Shi'ar blood.

I kind of hope that if the Cyclops series continues, with Corsair in it, that Adam-X might appear there...

In the NOVA Special (not too long ago), a character hires someone to take and capture one of the Summers brothers. And they bring Cyclops, and it's the wrong Summers brother. What a way to bring in Adam-X, as to have been the correct one... tie it all in.

I really hated that they didn't allow Fab to complete his, story. Vulcan sucks. The true third brother needed his story told. It was laid out plain. Plus Fab confirmed that he is the third summers, brother. Since marvel went with vulcun. At least we can say he, is the forth brother, since Adam shares a mom with vulcun.scott and alex

Agreed. And they at least acknowledge that he is related to D'Ken as well. So they've pretty much laid it out that D'Ken was the father (whether by natural means or DNA cloning) and Katherine, is presumably the mother (though this has not yet ever been 100% said in plain English in comics, yet!) So I am hoping since we have seen Adam pop up a few times, that some day someone (I prefer Fabe) will tell that story.
