I am sure just like previous events that there are going to be new titles after Original Sin. Given that alot of the books rebooted for the NOW! initiatives are of high quality I would be excited to see the following titles.
Black Panther-Hickman or Abnett and Deodato
Deathlok(so overdue for this) Perkins and Remender
Dr. Strange-no idea for writer, Pagulayan for art
Eternals- Lee Weeks and Pak
Namor-Brubaker and Epting

Not that I could necessarily think of how it would relate to Original Sin, but that it could relate to it...but I would LOVE a Jessica Drew Spider Woman series.
Written by KSD, Kathryn Immonen or Jan Van Meter or maybe even Hayden Blackman if he's interested. Drawn by Mike Deodato (a very suitable heir to Steve Leialoha) or Dexter Soy.

They've already teased that a Spider-Woman book is coming later this year, so I'll leave her off the list for now.
1. Angela (really play around with her new Asgard connections)-Al Ewing and Sara Pichelli.
2. Doctor Strange (long overdue)-Neil Gaiman and Stuart Immonen.
3. Supernatural/mystical Avengers (Strange, Clea, Ghost Rider, Scarlet Witch, Magik, Loki, and Hank Pym)-Jason Aaron and JH Williams III.
4. Scarlet Witch (she's one of the most interesting characters in the MU)-Kathryn Immonen and Oliver Coipel.
