Batman (DC Comics) is a psychiatry street justice fantasy comic book dominion which encourages readers to imagine scenarios in which courage must be tempered with calculation.

So here is a sneaky Batman scenario by a random fan. I chose to add something extra about the Green Arrow (DC Comics), since Harley Quinn, otherwise a nemesis of Batman, recently made a cameo on the popular Green Arrow based TV series Arrow (The CW):

"

The Scarecrow is a fear monger who undermines the psychological safety of society with a mass publicity campaign to make people think constantly about an economically-disturbing exposed insider-trading scandal confidence mess which is crippling consumer optimism in Gotham City.

The Joker is a devious anarchistic trickster terrorist who decides to plant bombs in Gotham City police cars.

Ra's al Ghul and Poison Ivy, now intimately involved with each other, create an elaborate eco-terrorism scheme involving Gotham City's water reservoir --- they will dump large amounts of an odorless poison in it.

The Riddler decides to dress up as a street-walking police officer late at night and stalks prostitutes, killing them and leaving a note on their dead bodies that read, 'I was killed by my boyfriend.'

The Gotham City mayor is in panic.

To solve all of these problems, Batman, under the guise of his socialite businessman identity, Bruce Wayne, decides to persuade the Gotham City mayor to host a invite-only media-covered consumerism-optimism environmental activism charity ball at his mansion which will feature a beauty contest and will be guarded by the police department. All of the guests will be required to go to the event with their special invitation orange-colored badges attached to their chests. Batman/Wayne will keep a photo record of all the invitees he is expecting to show up at the event, so no stranger (perhaps the Riddler disguised as a guest) can pass through the mansion doors unnoticed.

To bolster security, each guest will be given a secret custom-made password which they must speak to the mansion entrance guards in order to enter.

If the event is a success, Batman plans to publicize the photos of the event and distribute them in the press as evidence of Gotham City's commitment to civics. He will publicize the list of the secret custom-made guest-entrance passwords as mementos of Gotham City's flair for communication teamwork.

He will call the lavish event 'The Beautiful Eco-Jewel Charity Ball.'

As the ball proceeds, Batman will sit secretly atop his mansion rooftop waiting for his nemeses to appear for terrorism and when they do, he will shoot them with tranquilizer darts and have them carried to Arkham Asylum. Will the optimism-infusing charity ball work, or will the Gotham City villains find ways to enter the mansion with weapons?

If all goes well, the mayor of Gotham City may honor Batman with the special title (usually reserved for the Green Arrow), 'the Gotham City Emerald Archer.'
