Are you Excited for AXIS?

I'm excited because:

1. Doom/Loki part 2 - Much drama here
2. Magneto vs Red Skull - This is gonna be brutal
3. Lots of villainous interaction, which is always fun.
4. Some bad guys have to be good-ish for this, which is always fun when the heroes finally show up.

Yeah, I'm exiting the AXIS completely. It's gonna be epic in the usual RiRem sense.

I'm looking forward to it. Outside of a few hiccups RR had been on point with his Story telling. I have been really enjoying Uncanny Avengers and Captain America with this event playing off those stories it could further my enjoyment of those titles.

Yes I am, I love events and crossovers with my favorite characters, and I also really like Remender's writing and stories. I'm also interested to see where it goes, since we don't know all the details of the story.

Not to mention, tie-ins from Loki, Nova, Captain America and the Mighty Avengers, and etc.

Nope. To be honest I'm grumpy that two of the six Marvel books I'm reading at the moment (Magneto/X-Factor) are involved in a crossover dictated by the writer of the one book I really dislike. I'm not dropping the books I'm reading, butI'm not buying anything Axis related either.

Definitely looking forward to this because Remender is one of Marvel's better writers.

Yes, he's made some gaffs here and there but generally, he writes a good, hard edge, action packed superhero story while a lot of writers seem content with focusing on boring soap operatic drama.

Not to mention the fact that he's actually utilizing Marvel's rich catalogue of villains.

Remender is the reason I am considering not touching this event at all, payimg tpowach characters I like mangled doesn't hold that much appeal to me

I think he gets the minority metaphor and he's smart enough to know that the X-Men are not realistic depictions of true minorities.

After Wanda idiotic speech, him getting the minority metaphor seem highly unlikely, since he manager to insult a real minority in the process of defining his stand on a fictional one.

It will depend on the use of the bad guys. I am so sick of hero vs hero. Any story that focuses on the villains has my attention.
