I’d like to see a series that utilizes a lot of the fantasy type characters that DC has published over the years. Maybe something like Travis Morgan, Warlord zapped out of Skartaris and into various fantasy worlds of the DCU. Maybe to the worlds or dimensions of Claw as originally set up or the original Starfire or Gemworld and Amethyst. Lord knows there are plenty of attempts by DC at fantasy type stuff. There would be lots of places to send him

The one thing I would do, though, is keep him away from the mainstream of the DCU.

And not a team book but Warlord trying to get back home.

Also, how is a Warlord movie not in development? A man out of his work and thrust into a sword and sorcery environment with dinosaurs?? A bit of Jurassic Park and Conan the Barbarian!!
