On a used goods site here in Canada called Kijiji (not sure if it's caught on anywhere else). The guy selling it was only asking $50 CDN (which is less than half the Canadian cover price).

    Thanks.

The Winter World TPB cover is by Steve Epting. The whole series is fortunate to have had great artists on covers and art such as Butch Guice, Tomas Giorello and Gerardo Zaffino amongst others. It's one of my favourite non-superhero series. Coming up in my next haul should be Winterworld HC which contains the original short run from 1984 by Chuck Dixon and Jorge Zaffino. I was really hoping IDW would accumulate everything together in an oversized HC but it doesn't look like it'll happen so I opted for these two collected editions as they cover everything.

I'm not going to lie... Even though I can't afford to, I bought the Winterworld HC about 5 minutes after I commented on your haul :P
