And yeah, Druunas being getting reprinted in english by Lo Scarablo. Theres english Heavy Metal collections out there but iirc theyd censored some stuff and theyre long oop.
Tbh the paper quality is a bit lacking and the colouring is slightly worse imo, but with Sepieri recently putting out a new prequel story i figured id get these new editions to stay uniform.

I picked up the four Druuna HCs that have been released so far in English and I'm awaiting the last volume. I really enjoy Serpieri's art (especially in the prequel story, Anima), but I find some of the content troubling. Not sure if I should keep these with the rest of the collection or put them somewhere where guests can't stumble upon them. The books themselves are quite nice, even if the paper quality could be a bit better and there are some typos here and there. They are also reasonably priced.

I have the old Heavy Metal Druuna HCs in english. I didn't know that they were censored... bogus... Are those Lo Scarablo editions HCs and uncensored ? if they are i will probably get them.

I just read that Deadpool run last year. I think it's the best Deadpool series yet. There are some really emotional moments in that series.

I've read a few issues of Joe Kelly, all of the Daniel Way issues, and several of the mini series and none of them are as good as the Duggan/Posehn run imho.

I got the Rebirth Deluxe. I will get all the Rebirth 1s that i want when i get The Batman, Nightwing, Aquaman etc trades so i thought no need for double dipping for them so it's the deluxe for me and the Deluxe is alot cheaper lol

Yesterday I went to the comic book shop and got these

Astonishing X Men Ultimate collection volume 1 trade paperback that has issues 1-12. Bought it for just 6 bucks on sale
some more old back issues of Alpha Flight and Amazing Spider-Man #386
Mighty Thor 13 and Unworthy Thor # 2 variant which cost like 8 or 9 bucks.
Death of X issue 4
the two Superman Rebirth issue 1 issues.

Then today I bought a DC Batman Rebirth comic book pack from Walmart for 5 bucks. So I got the Batman Rebirth 1 comic

Geez, I had no idea vol 3 was starting to disappear. Just checked and IST and CGN are out of stock. Amazon has it for full list price with some other sellers still having it discounted if anybody has been putting off buying.

I also noticed the same thing with the Superior Foes of Spider-Man omni. But shame on anybody that doesn't already have this one on their shelf.
