Well, I finally broke down and got these. I remember being really ticked off when I first heard about this story when it came out, but a lot of Spider-Man fans say it's a great story so I figure I'll give it a shot:

I read the first trade and really enjoyed it. I almost bought them yesterday via the Ratuken sale but couldn't see them there. Will have a proper look today.

I was going to say "seconded" but people have already stated how great a book it is. This came out during the first year of the Marvel Knights imprint and it is a great example of their bravery at the time.

Beautiful Haul! Let me know what you think of Fatale. I'm wanting to get these Ohc seeing as i like crime nior and lovecraft but haven't read any yet.

the collections are very nice. i've never read a brubaker/phillips collaboration that i didn't like, so i know i won't be disappointed with the comics. i'm sure you have, but if by chance you haven't, you need to read the work they've done together.

Yes. Depending on what part of the country you're in you could get it much faster. I'm on the west coast and if I ordered on the tuesday I would get it the following mon/tues/wed assuming I was only ordering newer material.

I'm east coast and usually get mine on the following Monday, sometimes Sat. If they ship FedEx it's usually here in two days.

I was already sold on Scalped after an issue or two but that fight with Diesel near the end of the first book was great. That alone would of got me to order the second volume.
