Justice League 3000 or Justice League Beyond?

I've been hearing lots of good things about both books, but I only want to read one, mostly because of budget reasons.

I know that JL3000 is "in continuity" mostly just because it is under the new 52 logo, is there something else about this title that may reference the actual new 52?

I've read good things about JL3000 mostly here in this forum, but about Justice League Beyond or Batman Beyond (I think they are in a crossover right now) I've heard good things from people I know. They tell me the latter references pre-new 52 continuity a lot, especially Batman Beyond and Superman Beyond. Has anyone read this series?

If you're reading both, which one is better in your opinion?

JL 3000 is no longer in continuity, as DC is trying to relaunch the Legion.

It has a unique distinction of being a "new52" title but not taking place on the main DC Earth (and that Earth not being clearly identified).

Yeah, JL3K doesn't take place on Earth 0. Like Earth 2, it takes place on another of the 52 worlds.

Different Earth not Elseworld, so its still New52 just not Earth 0.
