Just out of curiosity, what does it mean if I come across someone with a user title of "BANNED"? Is that an inside joke at CBR from the old forums, or when someone is locked out of their account for a violation of CBR policy is his user title changed to "BANNED" to indicate to people that he/she's gone now?
Again, just curious, I'm not in any trouble!I see that from time to time here and I've always wondered...

It just means they're banned from the site, either temporarily or permanently. It's an automatic setting that occurs when we ban an account.
