Hopefully Hardware can have a speaking role in some capacity as well. Man I’m so glad the legal battle is finally over.

An animated milestone film in addition to the Static Shock movie. What a time to be alive.

So judging by the teaser art the movie will have Static, Hardware, and Rocket and Icon.

I guess it's no surprise since I am such an animation fan but I've practically forgot about the live action Static movie once this was announced - so excited!

Yeah, truthfully animation is where these characters (superheroes in general, but obviously Milestone as well) have historically thrived and it's great to see them there again.

I know I'm late but Icon & Rocket #3 is one the best comics I've read in awhile.

Been reading Hardware as well and its been.....ehh. His suit is severely outdated looks wise and the art in this book is probably the most mediocre out of the three.

Is he writing the Static movie or the animated movie or both?

And is the animated movie also for Static or another character or team?

Personally I think Hardware is the weakest of the three Milestone books but it’s still pretty solid. Part of it might just be I have no strong attachment to Curtis as a character compared to the others however.

The Hardware book looks like the worst version of a 90s comic. Poorly paced, and poorly drawn.

If McDuffie was still alive and read this recent run on Hardware, he'd be furious with Cowan and Hudlin for putting out such low quality work.

I wonder if the milestone and the current new Dc animated universe will be together or it's own universe

...Okay, lets... Lets not do that. That is extremely disrespectful.
