when they fought at Warrior Falls T'Challa was stripped of his powers.

If you count the first encounter in Korea where Killmonger shoots him with a bazooka point blank as a fight than T'Challa was enhanced by the herb than.

The last fight they were both empowered by the heart shaped herb

Thanks my friend. Wanted to make sure what I was thinking was right
"We live in a world of cowards. We live in a world full of small minds who are afraid. We are ruled by those who refuse to risk anything of their own. Who guard their over bloated paucities of power with money. With false reasoning. With measured hesitance. With prideful, recalcitrant inaction. With hateful invective. With weapons. F@#K these selfish fools and their prevailing world order." Tony Stark

It makes sense because it’s a language not commonly spoken in Wakanda.

Do we know if the DVD release is going to have a extended cut with all these scenes added in, like Fellowship of the Ring?

Or are the deleted scenes going to be just added extras?

Have any of the MCU movies in the past done that? I know DCU movies are pretty much know for it at this point.

    Crap, you're right.

I can see it now... a separate box set each for Phases 1-3, and then another deluxe box set for all 19 movies.

The simple answer is Wakanda’s location hasn’t always been consistent. I’ve seen Marvel Handbook maps that place it near Ethiopia, Macgregor’s Wakanda had an Atlantic coast( which I believe wasn’t officially retconned until Coates), and MCU Wakanda is in the Great Lakes region between Uganda and Rwanda. Regarding languages, we’ve had Hausa, Swahili, and Xhosa all spoken by Wakandans. Overall, I would say as a fictional nation, it’s meant to draw influences from all over the continent. This makes for some interesting combinations, but of course YMMV

In a way that's a good thing though. It means when you paid to see the movie or the DVD you're getting the real version.

It's not like buying a street fighter game, where you know in 6 months some ultimate special edition is coming out.

The even simpler answer is that the Black Panther mythos has never had a point man/architect to keep things somewhat consistent.

    No ones ever cared enough.
