I liked there interactions in Fear Itself as well but yeah New Avengers they paired well. Love the fact Strange trusted T'Challa with the guantlet as well among the survivors of the raft.

For sure. I'm disappointed that the preview of what was to come at the beginning of new Avengers didn't happen (strange and T'Challa fighting the builders)

Some may not dig the premise of the BP relaunch but you can't deny that art. Daniel Acuna is gonna flex.

The apartment they shot the opening of the movie at is across the way from MLK's burial site.

Art has mostly Been one of the strongest points of the series. Too bad the plot dialogue and agenda ruins it

They could still do it. There's nothing within the film itself that prevents them from making a choice like that.

That's why I will give this volume a chance. I LOVE Acuna's art.

I just realized that Wakandans do bow before the Black Panther. They did it for T'Chaka in the opening scene.

I'm just saying they do it

the basketball black top is actually not in that location tho, If you go 3 or 4 Blocks from MLK's childhood home (its a National Park Historic site they give tours) you can see the apartment building. I went several weeks ago.

Comic book BP is more the end product, while the BP we saw in Civil War and his first solo movie is still in the process of becoming that person.

The Captain America and Thor we saw in their first movies weren't really the comic book versions either. I think the journey to get them to that point is part of the fun.
I'm looking forward to seeing what Marvel does with him now that he is PROVEN boxoffice and proven comics sales. Will they let him be all that he is supposed to be to the point where he's the one stealing spotlight from other Marvel characters or will they try to make him be just a piece of the puzzle.
