I’ll give the issue this, at least there was zero shade throwing towards T’Challa this time around. Hell I was honestly surprised when Rogue said she was happy he and Storm were back together.

I don't read the Game of Throne books, but I was reading about the "Summer Islands" on wiki. I wouldn't mind if Wakanda copied their way of solving non-negotiable internal conflicts.
Does anyone else think Nnedi was referencing Nakia's crazy chieftain when she said her village would drown Storm for being born with white hair?

If I remember correctly, They pick their best fighters and engage in a battle royal. However they're are not allowed to kill each other I believe. Whoever wins, wins whatever the dispute was about and the losers leave the island. It is supposed to be a way to prevent collateral damage from crop burning, and village raiding.
