I'd see if anything catastrophic has happened. If so, I'd try to learn as much as possible about that.

Otherwise, I'd opt for financial gain.

With the confirmation of the existence of time travel, I'd try to see if it's possible to go back. It also depends on where the ability to travel through time came from. This would seemingly be proof of the existence of a higher power.

I'd probably go to vanishing point and watch all of existence come undone. Hopefully give me some perspective on my life.


Edit: just realized I misunderstood the question posed. I'm not even sure I understand it. Outside of the aforementioned lotto numbers idea, what else could you do that would be of any use?

Same here, assuming the time-travel would bring me to the same location in space than the one I was at the moment of my departure.

Considering the constant movement of the Earth and the solar system, if you go to the same location you were at the moment of your departure you're probably going to die.
