I don't suppose that C&D's dilemma is resolved in the latest issue of Amazing Spider-Man?

Something no one seems to be touching on: the powers are only "kind of" swapped. In the final issue of C&D when it was cancelled, it was revealed to both that their powers were _always_ swapped, and it was part of the experimentation done on them to see if they could make powers "portable". The idea that Dagger had light powers was simply the result of a mad experiment, so while we are used to thinking of it as "swapped" it's actually "the way it was meant to be". In fact, it was mentioned that when "returned" they were even more powerful than before (Cloak made mention that he could not only throw light daggers, but move at the speed of light as well).

Frankly I'm glad to see them still have "Swapped" powers. It's a nice nod to that final issue, and makes me curious if there are any plans for them.

Bill Mantlo's original vision was fine as is. It'll be great if C&D are to star in a limited series in the nearby future.
