If him hearing a whisper is still the only reason he's unworthy, why can't Iron Man just wipe Thor's memory of that whisper?

It's a horrible conceit in my mind. That Thor is aware of his crime or whatever it was should not spontaneously impact his worthiness. The Mjolnir spell has consistently been ascribed to one's character.

Freyja looks rather different in that preview than she's looked in other books. Also, Odin seemed perfectly ok with Loki at the end of the Tenth Realm mini, so him insinuating that Loki might be behind this seems like a contradiction.
