Yeah all I can think off of hand is the Marquis and the two demons, but since he said 'her' its not the Marquis... one of the demons was a girl right? SO possibly her?

It's been a few years since I read Universal Machine too, I'm sure Middenway would have a good guess.

I'd love to see Marquis again, I loved that character! But what makes you think "her" was a typo?

This was an awesome surprise, I really didn't expect this at all. Whenever the universe expands like this it makes me want to re-read the whole thing again. Between this and Hellboy and the BPRD, I feel spoiled.

There was a character in “B.P.R.D.” in “The Universal Machine,” we’ll actually see that character. But what’s interesting is that we’ll see that character before her appeared in “B.P.R.D.” so it gives me a chance to lay the groundwork for certain things we’ve already seen.

Could be. The Marquis could be looking for something for his collection.
