Hmmm no that universe was a weaker version of 616 xmen... doesn't count.

Nothing whatsoever to suggest that. The fact that it had a Phoenix and two Xorns would suggest that they were stronger than the 616 X-Men.

Nothing whatsoever to suggest that. The fact that it had a Phoenix and two Xorns would suggest that they were stronger than the 616 X-Men.

There was no indication that those xmen were on the same power level or greater of the mutants from 616. They had similar costumes from the 616 80/90s version of the xmen but that is about it. A group of alternate versions laid out on costumes dont demonstrate the strenght of the team, especially seeing the costumes were dated versions of the heroes.
