I don't think so, I think I saw it in a review or some website can't remember but you could be right.

For filipino characters, it is possible to use more filipino sounding last names like Mabulay, etc. to avoid confusion with hispanics. There are also many filipinos who don't have spanish last names.

Cassandra Cain has not appeared in regular DC comics continuity since the events of "Flashpoint". Her status remains unknown although Grant Morrison has said that she will be appearing in The New 52 somewhere. She appears in a future story, Batgirl: Futures End #1 as a member of "The League of Batgirls".

In the x-men there was blink,but she is not east asian in the comics and of course there is warpath a native american/asian.
A east asian actor by the way played warpath.

There were two known latino actors in the guardians of the galaxy film.

One played the collector of course and there was a black latino actress who played gamora.
In the first captain america movie there was ‎ east asian ‎Jim Morita from the howling commandos.
In the thor films we see aliens who look east asian and there is hogun who is a alien who looks east asian and played by a east asian actor.


The current mercy graves is east asian and there will be a east asian female scientist from the comics that will show up in the next avengers movie and of course asia will be shown and africa.

In the New 52 (a reboot of the DC Comics universe), Mercy Graves is reintroduced as an Asian American. She works as Lex Luthor's personal assistant and manages LexCorp during his absence.

Yeah,i remember reading while ago that she is a pre-52 character.
I LOOK AT her BIO again recently and was reminded of that.

Actually it is, the Futures End tie ins, most of them are previews of what's to come like Sinestro and the other Lantern books, some are endings like Swamp Thing Green Arrow others are direct tiein to the events but being a possible future doesn't make it not canon giving next year event which it ties into.

Sunspot a latino(Brazilian) and racially brown was in the last x-men film and he recently the leader of one the new avengers teams in the comics.
Darwin a black latino superhero in the comics was in one of the x-men movies too.
The new powerman is a black latino in marvel comics.
