I don't know which actor will portray Brashear, but if Ewing needs inspiration or a blueprint for Brashear's character, instead of reverting to Superman tropes, why not use The Greatest?

I think a younger actor works best. His only sign of age is the hair.

Depends how closely you want to follow the book.Besides the greying hair, he is IMO drawn facially like someone in his 40s at least.

Also am I wrong? according to this book,
Adam and Tachalla, being the brains of the ultimates operation, are at the one to actually figured out how to fix Galactus?

Also, did the Maestro say that Adam is the person who discovered and named iso-8?

Lots of good stuff happening in the ultimates I'm just mad they made me wait until the end of the month this time around
