F*** I actually liked the show and am kinda friends with the show runner/creator. He'll bounce back I'm sure but this was his first time creating, and running a show and I hate that this happened to him.

The previews didn't help it. The best part of the show would have been if the guy runs a church and well he's not the best person but learns humanity along the way. I have to think CBS saw the great reaction "The Good Place" was getting and thought , we can do something close to that but not the concept they have. But where as the Good Place has a great premise and actors who carry the show this seemed like a terrible execution.

It's based off a book. I think the lead is the worst part of the show. I'm not overly fond of him as an actor. I wish they had found someone else to play the lead. Nelson Franklin maybe.
