The initial plan was for something that was around three seasons.

Honestly, I'm not sure that you could stretch out what they are doing for five or six seasons. It's clearly got a potential end point built into the story they are telling.

Never mind that Hawley going back to Fargo would seemingly be an issue when it comes to keeping Legion on track if it went for more than three seasons.

Freeform has ordered an immigration themed party of five to series and shadow hunter fans are pissed. This new version of the series will deviate from the original by having the parents be deported rather than killed by a drunk driver.
