No word on whether they wouldn't use any of his characters or hire impersonators. Back in 2008 FOX threatened to fire the cast and replace them with sound alike actors and again in 2011.

ABC's new series starring Don Johnson was originally called Boom, but by the time the show was announced at the May upfronts it had been retitled Oil. Today brings news that the show has now been renamed again and will be known as Blood and Oil. (They ought to just cancel it now. If they can't settle on a title, what hope is their for creative direction of a show that didn't look all that impressive in the trailer in the first place?)
