Grading suggestion

Hi all, I'm new here and am looking for some advice. Do you all think my Journey Into Mystery 109 is worth submitting for grading? Not in great shape and not sure what kind of grade I'd get. I'd certainly like to preserve it as best I can in any event. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

What does the cover look like? Is that water damage?

Yep, def some water damage that shows on the inside of the cover. Also a price in pencil on page 1, idk if that showed in the pic. Thanks.

I would do it. It certainly won't hurt anything to get it done. I was looking on ebay and there is a 2.5 there for 199.95. Seems way too high to me, but like I said, it won't hurt anything to get it slabbed if you want to preserve it.
