Bane is tough as bricks. Even with a whip and better agility it's not going to keep bane off of her for long, then she get's broken.

Bane would be really hard to take down, but considering Catwoman is so fast and agile, all it would take for her to win is getting a shot at the tubing on his back and ripping it away with her claws. Of course, all it would take for Bane is one or two hard hits.

The Catwoman from the DCAU Legends comic could probably curbstomp him since at the end of the series she received exobytes along with the rest of the heroes(she was the only villain that stuck with the initial team up with the leaguers). Considering the fact that said exobytes allowed a post crisis Superman to shrug off a planet buster, and allowed Green lantern to take one planet buster before succumbing to the second one? I'd say she could break Bane.

Don't forget though, DKR Bane was a really fast rapid puncher and he fought with his mask damaged for a while.

He didn't have any shield up. THAT is what makes it impressive. It was just his base; human durability.
