In an arena fight, Taskmaster is faster (his whole double-time schtick is BTish), at least as skilled, and has pretty equal toys at that. I don't see any real issue with him nailing Bats with explosives or blades or whatever else before Bruce has time to dodge significantly.

His whole double-time schtick is as clear an example of an ability being SvsF as you can possibly get, unless he's actually used it since. Fortunately for him he's also caught a bullet without it in the same issue, which one might reasonably argue is also rather "BTish".
