Make it a franchise.
For the Fantastic 4 keep Mister Fantastic and Invisible Woman, while adding two fresh faces; I'm fond of Tamara Devoux and Kevin Connor. Make them explorers. Explorers of time, alternate universes, of the cosmos, etc. Bring it back to a story about exploration.
The Future Foundation can be a philanthropic organization that hopes to unite the many species and civilizations on Earth. Human Torch, Jean Grey, Cecelia Reyes, She-Hulk, Wyatt Wingfoot, Kristoff Vernard, Multiple Man, Hellcat, etc. These are more about te young adults and they'd have more inner drama. Show then actually doing philanthropic activities. Have their missions involve helping someone of a certain species, etc.
Baxter Academy is similar to Academy X and Avengers Academy. The Future Foundation cast serves as the faculty; Ant-Man and Quicksilver as well. Include characters like Noh-Varr, the Power Pack, etc.
A Doctor Doom solo detailing his adventures in his search for magic and power. He's traveled through time and to strange places. Allow the readers to get inside his head and finally give us a reason to relate to him.
And finally for longtime readers, the Fantastic 4: World's Greatest Comic Magazine-- about the original four F4 family members and their untold adventures.
