I just read couple of Perez issues in a collection about Crisis team-ups and I loveeeed it.
I will try to hunt for Satellite era issues. I beg your pardon but which issues involved Satellite Era, where to start, where to finish?

Things I love: Batman, Superman, AEW, old films, Lovecraft
Grant Morrison: “Adults...struggle desperately with fiction, demanding constantly that it conform to the rules of everyday life. Adults foolishly demand to know how Superman can possibly fly, or how Batman can possibly run a multibillion-dollar business empire during the day and fight crime at night, when the answer is obvious even to the smallest child: because it's not real.”

"There's magic in the sound of analog audio." - CNET.
One of my very first comics was JLofA #121 and I pretty much collected it all the way through Crisis. Such an awesome comic that really introduced me to the DCU.
To this day, JLofA #200 is still my single favorite issue of any comic, ever. Seriously, if I could only own one comic, it would be that issue.
I just want to say that I loved Zatanna's ponytail-peephole costume. The only look I've ever really liked for her.
I just checked the covers from the era. Oh my. Looking great. What about Gerry Conway's writing? I love his stories..
I have a few issues of the Satellite era but should pick up more. Classic roster.
Also I researched the Firestorm thing. He joins after Iris Allen dies, and either Dini or Ross made a note saying "Firestorm? No! He joins after Iris dies." Which means his conception of classic Satellite JLA must take place before that darker turn in Barry's life.
yeah, firestorm was sorely missing in alex ross' justice maxi series.
