God yes they were. Especially given Iris' lines really just were expertly made to sound like she's trying to kill poor Barry if we didn't know what they were about.

I have to admit, the square pupils creeped me out.
My favorite scenes too! I never heard My Mom laugh so much when the suit malfunctioned (especially the homage to Fat Flash), and she needed the laugh, because she had back surgery the next day.
I did like Joe's reaction to that.
Caitlin/Cisco bromance continues to be awesome. Very happy with the Caitlin inclusion so far in this early season.[/QUOTE]
After seeing what happened to Supergirl with Psi, then the couples therapy, I think DC Comics missed the market for superhero psychologist series.
I do hope we get to see the "Flotation Mode" of the Flash costume again.

I do like the brighter shade of red the suit has this season

Disappointed they made Kilg%re a human, though I'm sure they didn't have the budget to do it correctly.
Overall it was an okay episode.
Thinker had "11" open boxes on his screen next to Kilg%re.
Does that mean there will be 11 more villains he needs Flash to capture to start his plan for Iron Heights?
At least the 11 more set up the villains of the week so far.
Would be funny if the trick further down the line is Thinker acting like a one off villain and getting beat/captured and THEN springing the real plan with HIMSELF as the 12th to be caught.
I said it last week and I will say it again. THEY NEED TO COME UP WITH A REAL REASON FOR WALLY BEING USELESS!!! He just looks stupid when he gets taken out or just stands around every episode. He seemed to be better in the opener last week actually seeming like he was getting better at being a hero and then the minute Barry comes back he is back in the "what are we going to do with Wally this week" situation. The show just can't really come up with good enough stories to have two full time speedsters on the team every week.
Like I said give him a heart problem or something so there is a reason he can't be out there every episode just standing there waiting to get taken out so Barry can be the real hero. He should only have to suit up when there is absolutely no other choice, and afterwards he should be out action for at least 2 or 3 episodes.
A bat! That's it! It's an omen.. I'll shall become a bat!

THE CBR COMMUNITY STANDARDS & RULES ~ So... what's your excuse now?
did Kevin Smith write the last episode? Everything was a joke.
And why does Kid Flash keep changing his looks? It makes me think that each episode we are seeing a different kid Flash.
Stop changing it! Keep it to one haircut and keep his weight steady.
Not bad, suit was funny. Love story - Barry is a putz when it comes to relationships.
Silly - Typical let's forget how to use our speed and stand like like a schmuck making a speech. Wally - useless as usual.
You see the guy, you have the magic potion - zap him in the first millisecond. Now wouldn't that be easy. But NOOOO!
Odd that Wally has been protecting Central City for six months--and was shown to be doing a really good job at it in LEGENDS OF TOMORROW--and in that time Central City hasn't come close to being destroyed by a super-speed villain who has infiltrated the team and undermined Wally's confidence. Yet Barry returns and now Kid Flash is clueless.
