So we have a name: Fuerza, and if she's anything like the comics, she commands, um, the Strength Force?
You're the Flash, you could knock him out in a fraction of a second, why do you just stand there and let him mess your mind?
There came a time when the Old Gods died! The Brave died with the Cunning! The Noble perished locked in battle with unleashed Evil! It was the last day for them! An ancient era was passing in fiery holocaust!

The "This is Us" mention was funny.

Look, Barry actually tracking a bad guy on his own without help !
Oh hey, a picture of Joe and Cecile's baby that we never see. I think that's twice she's been addressed this season so far.
Fuerza? The dark-skinned, dark-haired, dreadlocked, green and black costumed, Superhero of the people, and more or less ally of The Flash from the comics is that purple and white rage monster? Seriously? It's weird treating her like a villain that's attacking the Speed Force.
So now everyone gets to meet the personification of the Speed Force, or in other words, they get to meet Barry's mom. Yeah, that's got to be kind of weird for everyone, like it is for Barry. They couldn't help but call her Nora, too.
I'm kind of surprised everyone just assumed Frost would go along willingly with going back into Caitlin's body when now she doesn't have to worry about being active half the time. I was also surprised that Caitlin was so gung-ho about getting Frost back considering she hasn't had full control of her body in a long while. But I guess Frost is half of her, while also being a unique separate identity that's kind of a split personality but is now its own unique entity? To be honest I don't really understand exactly how Caitlin/Killer Frost work. I do wonder how long they'll keep up the dual Danielle Panabaker's before they inevitably fuse together. It would be kind of neat if Frost uses one of the other Killer Frost's civilian identities as her new non-hero name.
For some reason Caitlin watching "This is Us" reminds me of how she lost her husband and several other men in her life. Isn't watching that show the equivalent of tragedy porn for her?
It was nice to see something Firestorm related since we haven't seen the actual Firestorm in years, and it was pertinent to Caitlin.
At least Barry cuffed the bad guy before he started his usual dialogue with them, but it's only when Barry actually bothers to super-speed them into cuffs then it turns out the cuffs are basically useless.
So we got Reverse-Flash and Savitar, but not Zoom? Was Tony Todd not available for a quick line?
Man, the lightning throw is getting more and more useless, and that's Barry's go-to move.
It's hard for me to take Mecha-Vibe seriously. And what Cisco saw seemed more serious than him and Kamilla being in danger.
Kristen Kramer in the comics was one of Barry's fellow CSI's who was involved with Godpseed, but here she's a shady government lady trying to arrest Killer Frost. Shouldn't that have happened two seasons ago? It's not like she's kept a low profile while actively helping Barry and company. Joe name-dropping a "Judge Tanaka" in her fear vision of getting arrested tells me Frost will actually get busted by Kramer and have to stand trial for her crimes (which hopefully goes better for her than it did for Barry).
Psych ditched the sci-fi mask from the comics for a tiki mask, which I guess is supposed to be more scary. He was as sassy in the comics, but instead of just reading minds he's now basically a psychic Scarecrow. So was that a psychic projection of him they were fighting the whole time or did he just teleport?
Cecile in the Thinker's Chair was pretty ridiculous, but at least her reactions to being put in that situation where hilarious. I do think it would be kind of neat to see Martian Manhunter mentor her and help her develop her powers, even if she's definitely not on J'onn's level.
You know things are dangerous when even Barry has to self-quarantine.
So we've had Wally, Jesse, and Nora. They were all pretty much fodder to the precious "Team Flash" nonsense. Will Impulse be treated the same way? I swear team Flash has ruined the show for me.

DC: The Flash (Jay & Wally), Starman- Jack Knight, Stargirl, & Shazam!.
MARVEL: Daredevil, Spider-Man (Peter Parker), & Doctor Strange.
Current Pulls: Not a thing!
I thought she looked like Mongal though I knew it wasn't her. It definitely seems like that "rainbow lightning" explosion is the new STAR Labs explosion, imbuing the various Forces (Strength Force in this case) to random people to give them powers. Nice shout out to Rafa Sandoval in the episode - did he get paid every time they said "Fuerza? It seemed like they said it a hundred times in the first ten minutes of the show. It's odd to give him credit since this Fuerza seems nothing like the one in the comics.
Did anyone else think Cecile's "I need a power bar" line was just a bad version of Gi(ant) Man's "Does anyone have any orange slices" line?

I think the show has had difficulty juggling other Speedsters alongside Barry in the past. Heck, the show sometimes barely seems to know what to do with Barry.
I thought she was more believable as Rampage (red hair, purple costume), but yeah she seems nothing like comic Fuerza (especially since she's an antagonist).
Sometimes it feels more like that than "The Flash."

What crimes has Killer Frost actually committed? I know she was a lacky for Savitar, and that she both hurt Julian and went after that one doctor that HR was sweet on, but she's never actually killed anyone that I can remember. Maybe caused some property damage. And over the past, what, two seasons, she's been a very steady ally and partner to The Flash. And she's even gone out in public and just hung out. So what is there to arrest her for?
I think she also attacked a police officer when Caitlin had her first "Frost-out," and the team was scrambling to make sure she wasn't identified, but then Killer Frost got a sketch done of her after she tried to kidnap the doctor.
It really makes no sense that this hasn't come up in the last few seasons with her working for Team Flash with no problem, enjoying stuff as Frost, and being out in the field with no normal officers trying to arrest her. Unless Joe has just been covering for her the whole time.
