I guess that this isn't really a new suit, since we've already seen it. If they went to that expense, it's not likely they wouldn't use it. Was there a different costume in 2024?

How did they manage to get the boot color wrong? Yellow boots are iconic for Flash.

Hartley Sawyer (Saving The Human Race, SPiN) will be playing Ralph Dibny/The Elongated Man.
I think it would just depend on how they adapted them. I don't think it would all be that difficult to make them a seamless part of the design, but that's just me.It seems this small-screen take on Ralph Dibny will be private investigator, with "skills that rival those of Batman. Upon discovering he has the power to stretch his body to any shape or form, Dibny uses his new abilities to help Team Flash solve one of Central City’s greatest mysteries."
Hal Jordan, the Question, Wally West, and Hawkman are pretty well-known conservatives. Zatanna and the Atom also probably count. Green Arrow is the furthest left-wing you can find in comics as he reaches hippie levels. Which is ironic because he was super angry when his sidekick took drugs. Rorschach and Judge Dredd are probably the biggest conservatives.
Politics in comics, like in real life, are often complicated and depend on the person. Hawkman is a super conservative but a giant environmentalist. While Barry Allen and Wonder Woman are mostly liberal, they support the death penalty like Wally West. Daredevil is a devout catholic and never kills but regularly dates actual killers.

That's the biggest offender. Now, Hal Jordan is a conservative but was against mind-altering Dr. Light, but Barry Allen voted yes. So there is no easy answers. Someone like Captain America may typically be viewed as a traditional conservative, but the writers and character are normally more neutral and depends on the issue. However, Ultimate Captain America is a gigantic right-wing character. What upsets me about Arrowverse Green Arrow is that we're not really getting the Green Arrow from the comic books, we're getting Green Arrow "Batman". The fact the League of Assassins are major villains showed that.
Also, I'm pretty bummed how they've chosen Elongated Man over Plastic Man. O'Brien is much more complex as a character.
