Crossovers that a person doesn't have to buy or read if they don't want to. The main story can, after all, be followed and enjoyed without reading those issues. They are just there to add some perspective and to show how the event is being viewed by the common joe on the street. All of those were issues about what other characters were doing 6 years ago in Gotham when the hurricane hit. None of them affected Batman's Zero Year story. They are 100% optional. Originally Posted by dupersuper
