3)All Batman/ B Legacy villains fight it out. They are each given 2 weeks of prep. All of Gotham City is their playground.
The above includes Post-Crisis, New 52, and Cartoon versions. Batman beyond and Batman Brave and the Bold excluded.

What are considered "Bat Legacy" villains?
The Recipe for Disaster asks for Blasphemy, but as for me, ask for me, I give it gravity.

By Bat Legacy I mean any villains who have ever shown up in the Bat-Line books. edit: This is excluding characters who are generally considered rogues of other heroes.
