Any particular reason why this doesn't seem to be available through Barnes & Noble?

Next week should be the release of Amy Chu's new Green Hornet series (with Mulan replacing a missing Britt Jr.) from Dynamite.

In the meantime, I recently picked up another pulp story reprint collection:

THE SHADOW DOUBLE NOVEL VOLUME 1: "The Golden Vulture" & "Crime, Insured"
published by Nostalgia Ventures / Sanctum Productions

NOTE: The stories originally were published in 1938 and1937.

Unfortunately, the four issues I've read have been a bit of a disappointment.

Currently I've been reading a pulp magazine story reprint of The Phantom Detective:

THE PHANTOM DETECTIVE Double Novel #1:
"The Emperor of Death" and "The Crime of Fu Kee Wong"
(both stories originally from issues with cover-dates of 1933)
This collection also includes a reprint of a Phantom Detective comic book story that was originally in Thrilling Comics #53 (cover-dated April 1946) from "Standard Magazines".
(though the reprint itself is in black & white and a bit faded . . . )

Currently reading the first story in The Black Bat Archives, Volume 1:

"The Brand of the Black Bat"
(originally published in the July 1939 issue of Black Book Detective Magazine)

I really wish Dynamite would do more with their version of this character.

I'm not aware of any at present.
Hermes Press had the six-issue series written by Peter David that came out in 2014-2015 (I think those are the right dates?), and Dynamite also had a 4-issue series called King: The Phantom in 2015, but I don't know if there's been anything since then. (Also don't know how the licensing disagreements about who had the rights to use the character in new stories was worked out, or who might be the current company who has the right to use the character.)
Anybody else know of anything more recent?

Dynamite published two further sequel mini's to Kings Watch called Kings Cross and Kings Quest. Both of which featured the new Phantom duo.

The original Sunday strip also still runs to this day and is available on the Phantom site.

I don't ask for much but can someone anyone please release the rest of the sandman mystery theater run on digital. The first two volumes I love. But noooooo. Agggg. So good. I loooove this type of comic. I guess the audience is small.

It looks like Comixology has the individual issues: https://www.comixology.com/Sandman-M...sues_pg=2&cu=0
Not sure who else offers digital versions of DC/Vertigo comics.

Recently ordered the trade paperback of:

The Crimson Mask Archives, Volume 1
by Norman A. Daniels and Frank Johnson

And keep waiting to see if/what pulp comic books that would interest me may be coming out again anytime in the future . . .

Over the weekend I picked up a copy of:
Raw Law: The Complete Cases of MacBride and Kennedy, Vol. 1 (1928-1930) by Frederick Nebel at a library's book sale.

I really wish there were more comic books out these days that had crime stories like those in the old 1920s/1930s/1940s pulp magazines, but Dynamite seems to have dropped the ball with those characters they had been trying out several years ago. Who knows if/when that new Miss Fury series will ever get published, or if Dark Horse's Black Beetle: Necrologue by Francavilla will finally see the light of comic book racks?
