Secret Wars: I'm expecting to be another event with unnecessary deaths so nope.
    The Black Vortex: No.
The Unbeatable Squirrel Girl: It sounds like an uplifting book something the industry is in dire need of so far.
Spider-Gwen: Maybe if I hear enough good things about it I'll look at it in trade.
Silk: Nope not interested in her at all.
    Hawkeye: Meh.
    Wolverines: Meh.
    Ant-Man: Don't care.
Gamora: Maybe when I hear more about it.

So far Squirrel Girl is the winner.

The only thing on here that looks good is Secret War and Hawkeye, Secret War looks up my alley with alternate reality characters and some off the wall types. Hawkeye was not really my cup of tea, but it had support and deserved better.

Really disappointed with marvel and NYCC..

I'm having trouble understanding why folks are excited for Spider Gwen or Silk...we have a long list of "cast aside" Spider woman who have been at one point the focus of marvel, The list goes on and on...from Julia Carpenter, Jessica Drew (who obviously has some action), Mattie Franklin, May Parker, Anya Corazon...why do we need more web women when their is such a large group of good characters out there that many folks want more of?

Marvel is just kidding itself with the sales potential of such a book...at best it can hope for a "Ms Marvel" scenario of stable low 30 k sales (which is fine but I think really unlikely)....and honestly it could get that with a well hyped up version of any of the above. its crazy they think the market can support 3 spider girl books...

Marvel has also just cycled through so many attempts here, it almost precludes one from getting involved with a new spider female character...theres just no point getting invested when they will just cast it aside when it does not sell.

A better idea would have been an ongoing involving the whole crew.

honestly , this McChord stuff is just laughable...that will sell 8k.

I could go on about these new announced series...but I'll just say they is not a one that will be around 2 yrs from now, that is a sure fire bet. (with the possible exception of hawkeye)

really just can't believe no new T-bolts, Nova Corps or Dr. Strange books..

I also was really disappointed in the Marvel Ongoing announcements at NYCC... I couldnt believe that there was no Dr. Strange book announced... or a Medusa ongoing... instead we get 2 more spider-women who will fizzle out of popularity as soon as spider-verse is over or get killed and we get ANOTHER COSMIC EVENT!!!! WHEN WILL IT END!!!??? Just really disappointed...

    Squirrel Girl: Definitely
    Hawkeye: Solid Maybe leaning yes
Wolverines: Would be yes if it wasn't weekly, might just be too pricey for me.
Secret Wars: Eh could be, kind of need a break from events but it looks good.
Ant Man: I'll wait for word of mouth
The rest is a solid no

Secret Wars: I always trade wait events but I'm really psyched for this!
Squirel Girl: No. No. No. Infinity x no.
Wolverines: It'd be a hard yes if it wasn't weekly.
    Hawkeye: Meh.
Ant-Man: I really like the creative team so we'll see.
    Gamora: Meh.
Spider-Women: Meh. Silk and Spider-Woman will be cancelled in probably a year with Gwen maaaaaybe continuing for a second one.
The Black Vortex: I pick up none of these books so maybe I'll trade wait it.
S.I.N.: Could be fun if it has some ties to Hickman's Shield, I'll wait and see.

Honestly, that was bloody awful. Last year we got announcements for Moon Knight and Ghost Rider and this year, even after all the rumours and such we got not new T-Bolts, no Doctor Strange, no Black Panther, nothing.

PS: Did DC announce anything at all?

Silk - I can't see myself buying this. I love Spider Man but I seem to borrow each issue from friends lol!
Gamora - a definite maybe. However it will all depend on the 1st issue if I continue
Angela: Asgard's Assassin - i'll definitely buy this. I'm already reading Thor and Loki but again depends on how good the 1st issue
Spider-Man and the X-men is definitely going on my list. Two things I love in one book.

    Squirel Girl: Pfft
    Wolverines: lol
Hawkeye: my muse is gone for this character.
    Ant-Man: no
    Gamora: no
    Spider-Gwen: Overrated
    Silk: no
The Black Vortex: This will actually have me dropping the crossover titles I already buy.
    S.I.N.: Might be interesting.
    Secret Wars: Probably. Looks cool.

Kind of a disappointing NYCC tbh.
