What do you think Superman would do if he learned he had a big and messed up family?

I've often wondered what do you think Superman would do if he found out he had other relatives other than Supergirl? Also how do you think he'd react if they were very dysfunctional like the Mikaelson Family from The Originals do you he'd try to get to know such dysfunctional siblings or do you think he'd write them off on the spot? Also how do you think he'd react if he finally met his father and mother only to find out his father and mother while being loving parents were also severely screwed up. Like for example say Superman learned his Father had these kinds of interactions with one of his siblings albeit one that even Superman himself had problems with (like one of his siblings being some what of a criminal leader but clearly was admirable to an extent) and justified it by saying this sibling was a living embodiment of a betrayal Superman's mom committed.


How do you think Superman would react to such a revelation especially if he discovered that Jor El while being in some respects the man Superman believed had a very twisted dark side like this? Also how do you think he'd react if he learned Kara knew his father harbored a secret darker nature but kept it from him not knowing the remaining members of their family had survived because she didn't want to shatter Superman's illusions about Jor El or the House of El.
